FMI 3.0-rc.1 release candidate available

The FMI 3.0-rc.1 release candidate is available on GitHub for final review. Changes compared to 3.0-beta.5 are listed here.

On April 5th and 6th 2022 a final FMI 3.0 plugfest took place to validate the FMI 3.0 standard and test prototype implementations of exporters and importers.

Final call: Everyone interested in FMI 3.0 is encouraged to review the release candidate 3.0-rc.1 until April 20th. In case of findings please report inconsistencies or errors asap by creating an issue or even better a pull request, so that they can be be included in a final release candidate. Please note pending issues, such as #1739

Release of FMI 3.0 is planned for May 2022.
